Hioki wide frequency current probes are best-in-class current sensors for use with Memory HiCorders and high performance oscilloscopes. The 3276 offers a wide DC to 100 MHz bandwidth and 30A of continuous input, and applications include capturing transient current signals from switching power supplies, inverters, and motor controllers.
The probe is designed with a high permeability magnetic shield with low insertion loss to reduce derating that may result from increased sensor head heating caused by eddy currents, making it ideal for measuring current of low impedance circuits and waveforms that include high frequency components.
Note: Use with an instrument with a high input impedance of 1 MΩ or higher.
Key Features
- Waveform observation across a wide band from DC to MHz
- Connects directly to oscilloscope or Memory HiCorder BNC input terminal (*1)
- High S/N characteristics enable the measurement of 10 mA order current waveforms
Wide Frequency Band
Current transformer (CT) operation is characterized by a frequency band that extends to a 100 MHz, allowing observation of current waveforms that include a broad range of frequency components.
