Right of Revocation
Cancellation Policy
Consumers have the following right of cancellation in relation to contracts negotiated off business premises and in relation to distance contracts, with the exception of contracts relating to financial services.
(A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction that cannot be attributed predominantly to either their commercial or their independent professional activities.)
Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reasons for doing so.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the date on which you, or a third party named by you that is not the carrier, take possession of the final item of goods.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us,

by means of a clear declaration (for example, a letter sent by post, a fax or an email) of your decision to cancel this contract.
All that is required for you to comply with the cancellation period is that you send the notification that you are exercising your right of cancellation before the end of the cancellation period.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we are required to repay to you all the payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery type different to the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. In order to make this repayment, we will use the same method of payment as the one used by you for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; you will not incur any charges whatsoever for this repayment.
We are entitled to withhold repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever happens first.
You must return or surrender the goods to us immediately and no later than within 14 days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is deemed to have been observed if you dispatch the goods before the end of the 14-day period. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
You will only be required to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value can be attributed to handling of the goods that is not necessary to inspect the condition, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
The customer may request a return within 14 days of receipt of:
new equipment
certified-used equipment
Return requests must be submitted using the following contact channels:

Returned goods must:
be complete, undamaged, and in working condition
include all accessories, cables, manuals, and original packaging
show no misuse or unauthorized modification
Items that have been physically damaged, altered, or mishandled may be excluded from return.
Returns are excluded for:
custom-built or customer-specified units
products specially manufactured or ordered from the OEM
software licenses
consumables
services, calibration, or test certifications
items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”
rental equipment returned after the contract period or with damage
In case of uncertainty, the customer must contact TestEquity GmbH for clarification prior to return.
For rental equipment, the following applies:
items must be returned by the agreed rental end date
late returns may incur additional rental or usage fees
any loss, theft, or damage to equipment during rental is the responsibility of the renter
return shipment must be insured and properly protected for transit
If the return is approved:
the customer will receive return instructions
a prepaid return label may be issued depending on the case
Shipments returned without prior authorization may be refused.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the customer will be notified whether the refund has been approved or denied.
Approved refunds will be issued:
to the original payment method
within 10 business days following processing
Bank or card-issuer processing times may delay final posting of the refund.
Rental fees are not refundable once the rental period has begun.
If a rented item arrives defective, TestEquity GmbH will provide a replacement unit or suitable alternative.
Consumers within the meaning of EU law and § 13 BGB retain all statutory warranty rights. These rights are not diminished or restricted by this policy.
Additionally, for shipments within the EU, consumers — but not business customers — are entitled to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal without providing a reason.
The item must be returned in reasonable and acceptable condition.
