16065C 40Vdc External Bias Adapter

Specs:

  • Frequency: 50 Hz to 1 MHz
  • Maximum external dc bias: ±40 V
  • Blocking capacitor of 100 µF is connected in series with the Hc terminal
  • Measurement Instrument: 4263B, 4268A, 4278A
  • Applicable Test Fixture: 16034E/G/H, 16044A, 16047A/C/D/E, 16048A/B/D/E and 16089A/B/C/D/E
  • Operating Temperature: 0 to 55 degrees C (same as for measurement instrument)
  • Terminal Connection: 4 terminal-pair

The 16065C adapter is designed to operate specifically with the 4263A/B, 4268A and 4278A. By connecting an external DC voltage source to this adapter, a bias voltage of up to +/-40V can be supplied to a DUT. The DUT can be inserted by connecting any direct attachment 4 terminal-pair test fixture to the adapter.
