The Desco 19342 Mini Monitor, continuously monitors the path-to-ground integrity of one operator and one ESD worksurface, making their status highly visible for both the operator and supervisor. It illuminates green to indicate proper grounding, red and sounds an audible alarm when intermittent or failed connection occurs and blue, to indicate standby mode. Additionally, it features an 8-second delay indicator for safe disconnection, automatic circuit disablement for areas without and ESD worksurface, and adjustable alarm volume.
Provides stable continuous monitoring of the wrist strap’s path-to-ground² and the presence of its 1 megohm safety resistor, ground and monitors the worksurface without additional wiring, meets ANSI/ESD standards, minimizing the risk of electrical overstress for sensitive components. The system also identifies failures and intermittencies, mounts easily in areas without a worksurface, calibrated to NIST standards.
