The Testec TT-SX 9000 Series High-Voltage Differential Probes enable standard earth-grounded oscilloscopes to measure floating signals, supporting up to 700 V (TT-SX 9001) and 1400 V (TT-SX 9002) in both differential and common mode configurations. Each probe offers adjustable attenuation—10x and 100x for the TT-SX 9001, and 20x and 200x for the TT-SX 9002—providing flexibility for various tasks such as analyzing power supplies and motor control systems. Designed for broad compatibility, these probes work with any oscilloscope featuring a 1 MΩ BNC female input and deliver bandwidths up to 30 MHz. Power options include USB ports on oscilloscopes, four AA batteries (not included), or a mains adapter.
